From the beginning, I have been given excellent care from Tanner who was the project manager handling the Restoration and rebuild on my home. I never had to worry that it was being done right and any questions that I had, he was always happy to answer them. Due to my daughter being very sick and in and out of the hospital, I had to ask for changes in days they could work, some even at the last minute but Tanner always was able and happy to work them out for me. His goal was to restore my home to its original condition and that I would be happy with it at the end. I highly recommend this company to anyone who has a suffered a loss from damage to their home.

When I had a water leak, that I had underestimated significantly, I was slightly overwhelmed and unsure where to begin. From the very first inspection visit, Chase and his water restoration team showed professionalism, care, and provided a clear plan to help me recover. It was amazing how genuinely helpful every single team member was during the process. Laura, Zoe, and their crew managed the entire house pack-out with incredible efficiency, which earns extra kudos considering I was woefully unprepared for them and provided more of a hindrance than a help. The restoration crew took time each day to walk me through what they were doing—whether it was part of the mitigation, drying, or cleanup processes. I never felt left in the dark, which made a stressful situation much easier to handle. Chase, Jesse, Albert, Ernest, and Aaron need to be commended for their patience. Their attention to detail was also incredibly reassuring. They were thorough and consistent with daily measurements and moisture control, always making sure the process was progressing properly and safely. I cannot say enough great things about Austin Hi-Tech Restoration. We recently had water damage in our rental home, and their team stepped in immediately to take care of everything. They had to set up a full containment structure and completely dismantle and pack away my entire kitchen and living room, which is not a small job. From start to finish, they handled it with professionalism, care, and efficiency. Chase, Ernest, Albert, Aaron, Jesse, and truly every team member provided exceptional service. They were respectful of our home, organized, clean, and communicated clearly throughout the entire process. Even during a stressful situation like water damage, they made us feel taken care of. The job was done quickly, but never rushed. The quality of their work was excellent, and you could tell they genuinely care about doing things the right way. November 2024 insurance claim from a leaking water heater in the attic that lasted until January 2026. It required water remediation, drywall removal and replacement, paint, removal and replacement of the double oven cabinet and a 34” piece of granite countertop. All staff were very polite and respectful throughout the process. Here is a list of objective data from the 14 month experience: 1. Paint trim had a sag that I fortunately caught before the paint dried. He called it a mistake. 2. A rebuilt oven cabinet (seven months to a close match of the original stain) that made the side trim flush, instead of matching the 3/16” lip like the original and current refrigerator cabinet. 3. Staining the new cabinet resulted in dark edges on the trim, created by not properly wiping off the stain. He called it a mistake. He gently sanded it off. One top trim piece was not flush at the two miter joints. Instead of removing it and reinstalling it properly, he ground off one edge sticking out, and used caulk to fill the other gapped miter joint. 4. Failure to cover the two smoke detectors that resulted in them replacing them. 5. Cleaning up the drywall dust on the floor resulted in smearing

I had a water filter burst beneath my sink on Halloween night causing a lot of water damage. USAA sent out Austin Hi-Tech Restoration come out and get my home cleaned up before any mold damage can start. Chase was the project manager and sent his guys out asap. Ernest and Aaron came out and immediately started getting my house in order. Really cool dudes. Albert and Jesse also came out and checked the dehumidifiers and made sure all my moisture levels were low and no water was left. As great as Albert, Ernest, Jesse, Aaron, and Chase were,….. I hope I never have to see them again 🤣. However,… If I have any water damage in my house again, I hope these guys come out! Super cool, super professional, and always kept in contact with me.
